Terms and Conditions

  • The total number of guests should not exceed the maximum number booked (maximum 8)
  • We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, vehicle(s), or any other item belonging to the guest
  • The proprietors should be allowed access to the house at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy for general maintenance such as gardening etc
  • It is the responsibility of all guests to keep the house, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday. We ask that the house is left clean and tidy, ready for the next guests. We reserve the right to retain £50 of the good housekeeping security deposit to cover extra cleaning costs. All equipment, utensils, furniture and fittings, floors etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday - same state of cleanliness in which it was found
  • Guests are also responsible for any breakages or damages to the house or its contents. These must be notified to the proprietor immediately
  • Guests are advised to check the inventory on arrival and report any missing or damaged articles to the proprietor immediately - guests are liable for any loss of equipment from the house during occupancy. The good housekeeping security deposit will be used towards covering any breakages or damages and the guests will be liable for any additional costs incurred
  • Pets are strictly not permitted on these premises
  • Smoking is strictly not permitted on these premises
  • Stag and hen nights are strictly not permitted on these premises
  • We hope you enjoy the contents of the welcome pack on arrival, but the proprietor will not be responsible for any allergic reactions from the produce provided
  • We expect all our guests to have consideration for the proprietors, our property and for our next guests
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought to the attention of the proprietors immediately
  • We reserve the right to terminate the rental without notice and without refund if any guest's behaviour or conduct is likely to endanger the safety or well being or is a nuisance to other guests, neighbours or indeed ourselves and if our house rules are not maintained, as this is unfair to other guests
